Proxifier Connection closes after 00:37 seconds

everything was working fine up until about 2 hours ago when i took a break to swap some accounts over. now when i try to launch the clients they connect to the proxy and i can see they are connected then they close around 37 seconds in

please if anybody knows how to solve this i would be very greatful
