Internet Dropping out [Mac]

Featured Replies

Hello so recently my interent just like disconnects itself. and it quiet annoying cause iam trying to bot :P

My version atm is 10.8.2.

Does this happen to anyone else and how can i prevent it? :)

Thanks

This happens to me sometimes.

What is your connection type ( wired / wireless ).

If its wired, change your ethernet cord ( the one that goes directly from your router / modem to your computer ) and then reset your modem.

if its wireless, reset your modem and see if that fixes it.

Also if you are one of those people that never turns his / her computer off then start doing it.

I recommend turning it off for 15-20 minutes every 6 hours just to let it cool down ( especially because its a mac ).  I know i shut my down every night @ 2:00 am and turn it back on at 6:45 am
