Cant purchase any new bot

I've got this problem where I want to buy a new script then I get this error message.

The gateway has reported the billing or shipping address as invalid. Please review and ensure all addresses are entered correctly.

• i have bought plenty of bots already so i dont know whats different

Any suggestions to fix this?
