7gp per xp. you can set xp goals in game by rightclickon on the xp icon top right in game (beside the map) set goals and progress bar then when you hover it it will show the exact xp off.

lemme know how much xp and ill do a calc for you. 

gear would be needed yeah but we can use pretty welfare stuff like 8m or so worth of gear is fine
