Avas/Cape are pretty necessary for Zulrah builds, also doesn't take too much effort or time compared to the total creation of the account anyways, so definitely worth it!

So pretty much agility and regicide adds up 30m the acc price? Damn

Something like that. 20-25M.

Reason being, agility is highest banned skill in the game, and regicide quest line costs around 15-20m.
