cant log into the bot using macbook

so when i open the client using my macbook it loads up and everything. but then when i try to add my account it doesnt let me so i cant even add a bot so i cant really use the client. anyone know whats wrong? plz help

what exactly is the problem?  when you click "create new" to add your account, is it giving you an error or something?
