hi, i am completely new to this whole thing so please excuse my shambolic start and subsequent fall at the first hurdle. i have tried to use Explvs awesome and very detailed guide, however when i get to the point where you build the first section i am greeted by two errors. is this something to do with the location of my osbot client in relation to other folders?

 

any help will be greatly appreciated. tia

I hate to say this because it sounds a little mean but I'm saying it in the most friendly way  

I suggest you try to learn a little bit of java before diving into scripting.

As for the error it's because your imports need to go first then the @Script manifest then the public final class ExampleScript

You should also remove the  public class testcript{} at the top I don't really understand why you put that there

 

i completely agree haha. i am looking into the basics of java and thought id try to throw something together as i find it abit easier to learn if i am physically doing something aswell as reading.
