I would recommend not using the dwarven rock cake method when you do it, as the constant clicking every 30-59 seconds is very bot like, especially over a long period of time. So I would say to maybe bot nmz for like 4-6 hours a day using absorption pots only if your trying to be safe about it.

what about guthans meathod, i remember a few yrs ago i did dose it still work if i manage to keeep the account logged in

i did all 99 combat stats with 1h recordings..no problem

If you just want to do the guthans method, just use a auto clicker and set it to click every 13ish minutes and you can probably get away with doing 12 hours a day

Using rock cake/absorbs? 

I've got 120 combat using rock cake method with a bot

did they start cracking down on nmz? last time I was playing there was like no getting banned rock cake or not lol. came back two days ago so this info would be helpful
