Below is a list of thing I need completed on a fresh hardcore ironmen account.
The only thing I will do is add membership & complete stronghold for 10k cash...

1. Purchase Iron & Steel axe
2. 1-50 Firemaking
3. Collect full clue hunter outfit (don't need helm)
4. Complete enough rounds of WT for 37k cash. (shouldn't be many rounds really + I keep all other loot)
5. Purchase all tiers of pickaxes.
6. 1-31 mining anywhere of your choice
7. 31-72 mining at motherlode mine. (I keep ores & nuggets)

(it goes without saying that the account can't die lol)

I can pay with either oldschool gp or ETH (coinbase)
