Do people buy slayer accounts?

Are accounts with decent slayer levels still in demand? Thinking of cranking out a few accounts with like 90 melees and 75 slayer for gargoyles or some high level range accounts for wyverns. Would I be better off just making zulrah accounts? Just trying to gauge what is in demand.
