Why would you use a VPS for 1-2 accounts? Seems like overkill in price. But 1GB ram will do, and 1 core will probably also do for 1-2 accounts. There are several VPS/Dedicated server advertisements on here, as listed before @John Cena is selling those servers.

that friend, I think you only have to open more than 10 accounts, and I just need one that can open 2/3 account

Have you asked John if it is possible if he can make you something customized? 

if john doesn't have 1 for 2 accounts then see this
