If you buy VIP and Sponsor at the same then, then the system wants to put them both as your primary group.

It will first set your group as VIP, and then right after that Sponsor. That is why you havn't received your VIP status, Sponsor has overridden it.

 

I have added VIP to your secondary group, as the system should. I hope we get this fixed soon.
