Some information has been passed my way that Jagex will start botwatch banning for injection clients starting this week. How accurate do you guys think this is? Do they have a way of tracking things like this? If so, why haven't we all already been banned before now? Should we be worried for a few weeks? Stop botting altogether on our mains for a few weeks? Any way to fight against it?

Just want some opinions on the matter.

Jagex has said this about 50 times before. It's just a game of cat and mouse, and fear tactics to scare botters. They've been saying they can detect clients since 2007. If there was a way to detect clients, it would have been done YEARS ago! It's just not that simple.

Plus, I'd argue a large percentage (if not most) of all 07 users are botters. They aren't going to GG their entire oldschool runescape sector.

All injection clients aren't illegal anyway. Orion is apparently injection, and it was written by Jagex staffmember JacMob.
