Do we pay extra money if the OO is trusted? It will always be the same. The maximum you can get will be 40m and not more. If only you have some quests, it would go for like 40-70 as what zulrah accounts go for.

How much would price increase if i make it zulrah/barrows ready? And most people would prefer to pay a bit extra in order to get an account that won't be recovered.
