I know that 99% of the time this is just a rat, but i mean i scanned it, and it had no virus... so can someone please confirm on this site whether or not this is complete and utter bullshit? Or it actually works....

Just because AVs don't pick it up as malware, doesn't mean it isn't. Malware can always be crypted to avoid being picked up by AVs.
