Can't get client to load up

When i try to download a new cilent or even update it when i go and hit launch it goes away like normal then the client never loads up please help...

i've spent alot of money on scripts and now all of a sudden its not working 

Information provided is pretty vague. Any pictures, error logs, java version?

U use windows or mac?

For mac users delete every java file (sometimes corrupts) download it from the official java site again should be working then.

have this problem like once every three months this always does the trick
