Kinda worthless in my opinion. has 46 prayer which is an odd number for a pure. Can just be turned into a 52 prayer pure, but needs loads of work since it doesn't have any important quests completed as I see the stats.

The positive side of this account is that it has 70 construction and 66 magic.  Not sure what an acc like this would be worth, I suppose in a range of 5-10m you should be happy I guess.

The construction and magic are the only stats worth anything, if you're looking to market this account as a combat pure I'd get those stats up a lot more. I'd say its worth anywhere from about 5-10m?
