Looking to buy accounts who can run Abyss Runecrafting. The actual runecrafting ultimately doesn't matter. I would just be using them as runners for Abyss, so they would need to have high enough levels to consistently pass the abyss skill checks.

Roughly 50s in:
HP
Mining
Thieving
Woodcutting
Firemaking 
Agility

You really only need Mining and agility for abyss.

@tyoui That doesn't particularly answer my question, it just kind of adds more information. Thank you for letting me know, though.  If you had a 50 HP, Mining and Agility account how much would you sell it for?
