I current have a maxed obby tank with the following stats;

1 attack

99 strength

60 defence

88 hitpoints

31 prayer

65 range

65 mage

 

I am looking at getting a firecape pretty soon but wondered if its worth getting 40/43 prayer. I have been quoted 170m+ for a 31 prayer firecape because of my range level and i'm not too sure I want to spend that much. 43 Prayer is only 1 combat level gain however I dont want to decrease the 'value' of my account by doing this because I want to potentially sell it in the future.

Do you guys think getting 43 prayer and this 1 extra combat level would significantly decrease my accounts value.

Accounts with firecape are higher in value just because of 31 prayer but your account won't decrease in value as in the long run the value will only go up as more stats are gained

I mean comparing prices of my account as it is (with firecape) and 43 prayer (with firecape), will 43 prayer be drastically cheaper.

i would keep the 31 prayer personally.

I know getting 66+ range will combat up a 1 def obby mauler, will it affect your combat with 60 def? You will probably get enough range xp in the caves to get a range lvl or two
