if i get 70 attk / 70 def will the account be worth a lot more ? also any other advice to increase the value.

Depends on the buyer. one person may want a gmaul pure and one may want a main/ dharoker, etc. 99 str would increase it by a lot though to those gmaul buyers :p

Sell with these stats - great half way mark. Price mark is a bit hard maybe $20 - $25 imo, any one else have an idea

how much do you think it would go far?

like a 30m account max has no range / mage just a st8 melee g mauler be better if it had 80+ range or 82 mage and ancients

I'd say more around the 20m mark.

20-30 mil seems to be pretty constant mate.
