BotArmy_Sabo
Recently been entering my 2nd semester into CS and been using all sorts of resources to learn Java lately. I will be buying Head first into Java after I finish my last handful of Codecademy. Are there any new books I mayve not heard of? I'm an old time botter from about 2008-2014 and havent touched much since. Am I able to run everything needed on Arch Linux or will I find a lot of difficulties? if so I can dual boot a windows OS. Once I have everything in place i'll be able to play around more. Til then just saying hello to the community. havent setup and client or anythingo other than the standard OSbuddy. right now im looking to build a 2-3 man bot farm to fund some trial and error and just play OSRS again, until a larger 8-10 farm. do i need to learn a lot about VPS or is there a sticky somewhere? Leave some feedback on anything, Thanks, Rickest Edited October 22, 2017 by Rickest
Folks
You're fine on arch linux, can't speak for books because I don't like them.
IDontEB
Dont waste your money on buying any books, you can either find the book online for free or you can get another source for the info. The java docs online are really well written and are a pretty good start.
