Acrobat may not display the page correctly

Featured Replies

I'm working on one PDF document. But today when trying to save the file it gives me an error like: 'Acrobat may not display the page correctly.'

What's the problem? What should I do? This is really annoying.

This could be the result of a corrupt image in the PDF file. I would try to figure out which page it is (in case of a multi page document), and then try to eliminate one image at a time until the culprit is found.
Once you know what image is causing the problem, you may be able to e.g. to save the image in a different format (e.g. use TIFF instead of JPEG) to see if that makes a difference.

How did you compress the file in Acrobat? You can use the "File>Save as Other>Save as Optimized PDF" and then play around with the image compression settings to see if you can find a setting that does not give you this error.
