Osbot wont launch

I can get to login screen, but when I try to login I get the message, "There was an error launching osbot. Please verify that your boot options are valid." 

 

I ran it from a .bat and this image is what cmd spit out at me. I have deleted and reinstalled, restarted computer, but still get the same error message. Anyone know why this might be? Sorry if this is a stupid question :P
