My Account keeps getting locked no idea why its just this account, and no matter how many times i keep recovering it , it gets locked again and again and again lol any idea?

yeah someone knows your info and is trying to take it back aswell, if it keeps happening they'll lock the acc perm.

nah it isn't matter of VPN probably someone trying to recover it over and over again.

if my memory is not mistaken back in 2009 i had a issue like this where someone kept hacking this account the same account over and over and i kept changing the password and i had to message runescape to it to be unlocked cause it was locked or perma locked can't even remember it properly
