That part where it says HIL looks a bit odd IMO since they overlap each other unless this is meant to then forget what I said.

Hey bud, sorta my job irl as well haha. Simplicity is the main thing to keep in mind. Loads of people add to make it better, but it can just be too busy. This is ready to go, but things I would try out as it is very basic.

The 2 bordering lines (top and bottom) - try making the top line have a flick at the start at the same angle as the A? This would just change up the starckness of it.

Also the blue distorts the chrome metalic look, try making it a bit warmer using browns (opinion) 

Another little idea would be on the A for Achilles, the broader foot of the A could have a crack on the A's achillies heel as a play on words?

Seems a bit chilly. Not a fan of the font especially where the HIL seems to form a III unless it was intentional.
