Thats the link yea, they will see unusual activity and will get your account unbanned but you'll have to unlock it since they'll probably lock it, at least 95% of the time its locked once they quash your ban.

I was able to get response in a day after asking for help at their twitter and reddit (I have another account got banned without doing anything on the same day and the appeal is still pending) So get a legit twitter account and tweet them that you are desperate and helpless. You can also tweet moderators to look intp the issue.
