are you refunding bond price or is it really just a  4.5m payment as a bond is 3m

@PipeUpBoy I didn't know bond went up. I thought it was 2.2M 

I am willing to offer 5M each account as I can buy an account build 75 RC  w/ cmb 45/45/45 for 30M on PA

Which I would be more inclined to do if getting charged to much for 59 RC

handdone rates are usally like 40gp/xp for RC 

There's a seller w/ 1k+ feedback on PA that sells 75 RC accounts w/ 40/40/40 for $30

So i'm not paying 40gp/xp

Just a heads up you'll be very hard pressed to find anyone who is going to hand train you 1-59 RC for a 5m payment.

 

You're much better off just shelling out the $30 for the 75 rc accounts or paying a fair amount more per account.
