edit: i read does it lag, but no it doesn't lag and no it doesn't lag my pc :p

Just stand in front of him, zoom in so far that you don't  see anything else and hide the UI

Oh you meant it like that, it's not a gif, it's a video, but i use DisplayFusion to add video's as wallpapers
