Can do this on Monday 

 

Will take 1 week at most. Hand done. Will cost 20m roughly in supplies (I calculated to be around 15m but added a grace)

Slayer itself from 46-69 will cost 40m

Supplies would be runes if tasks are magic related, Bolts for ranging and cannonballs. 

Also prayer pots if melee tasks for speeding up process

Should be 15-20M supplies.
