If I am not able to find any 99 magic 10 hp accounts, I am looking for lvl 3 with a 99 skill - preferably fishing/woodcutting/thieving but any will do.

Don't have a level 3, but a lvl 6 skiller with pretty decent stats.

Level 6 cuz someone was hired to do services, instead he scamquit for 100k and leveled up combat.
