I aldeady tried making and writing a txt file and it worked .Can I execute external jar which is in the directoryfile through  getDirectoryData()

No. The SecurityManager will block stuff like this.

But if you're looking to execute Jars programatically anyhow, then check this out.

You could run your program which boots up OSBot.
