Hi when trying to run MIRROR MODE in OSBOT i get an error in the console saying "could not load stream library"

i am VIP

have uninstalled /reinstalled OSBOT and deleated cache

installed .net framework and java

restarted everything

installed visual studio c++

 

 

pls help
