bot loads without proxy but with a proxy it fails to load ?

So basically i try to open the bot with proxy enabled yes all the information is correct and working as i can use it for other programs. with the proxy it seems to take 10 years to load and then it just goes failed. when i dont include a proxy is starts up perfectly. can someone help ?
