Probably 20m - 40m, would be difficult to sell though. I say train atk/str/def to 70/80's and sell Zulrah/ NMZ ready main.

defence is quested, and will be a zerker unless someone else buys it. it also has slay helm, all books(full) 400k nmz points.

My apologies I purely looked at the accounts stats. But still think you'd get max 50m for the acc. I've sold many pures and similar accounts on other RS forums, and selling for a high price is particularly difficult here unless your highly repped.
