I think you need to install somekind of addon for chrome to use the NO-VNC client.. :D

That's true. If you type: chrome://extensions then click on Get more extensions. Then search for VNC and install VNC viewer for Google Chrome. You know how to install vnc properly right? ?

I dont have permission to install anything. Thats why I use MSTSC.

But you are able to launch Chrome? Adding a addon is not the same as installing a program.

Ahh.. quite annoying. Just another tip: Throw down all mstsc settings, even the connection, seeing as it constantly tries to render. Eager to know if the undefeated's solution works, please let us know! ?
