Anybody know what happens if someone chargebacks but you have no funds?

This is incorrect paypal cant legally withdraw funds from your bank without your premission

 

you will go negative on paypal and they will ask you add more funds if you refuse they can send you some scary letters but depending where you live and what age you opened the account alot of the time they cant do much about the negative balance
