anyone know the risk of botting on a account that has had bot busting quashed?

Nope, it's impossible to know what measures Jagex has, therefore it's impossible to determine what the outcome is.

Not sure, i had an offence quashed way after the offence, never risked it after that tho

probably abit increased as its most likely the same as a 50% ban (as seen from jagex perspective)

    but would you say that it is the same risk of getting caught as botting any other account?

    or do you think they keep an eye on accounts that have had quashed bans ?
