koboldNinja Posted June 6, 2017 Author Posted June 6, 2017 (edited) You can't get quest cape without getting defense levels. It has all of the quests required for climbing boots, mith gloves, dscim, dds/dlong, ancients, avas, bearhead, and crystal bow.
