I can do this for 8.4m.

This is roughly 25gp/xp for fishing and 30gp/xp for mining.

It will be done by hand, using OSBuddy and its screenshot plugin. I will send daily updates on the progress.

If I start now, I can end by Tuesday or Wednesday.

I'll do this order for 4.5m, and I'll have it done in 1 day. I will provide you progress every few hours so you have a heads up with the progress I have done, ( on osbuddy) Also I will undercut everyone who wants this order thus, making this a cheap service to be done.
