i seem to get this issue when stopping and starting scripts also comes along with "disable input" not working and unable to close Adds

I experienced the same thing on 2.4.127. Toggle logger would break disable input which would trigger double key events.

But .128 has fixed the double key event but toggle logger still breaks disable input.

I get this problem too.

I have to restart the client to fix it.

EDIT: I take back what I said earlier...
