Personally, I think you will have a very hard time finding buyers for 70/70/70, w/ level 1 on all other stats.  Just my opinion

Isn't it like people who are buying these kind of accounts wants that you train their own made fresh lvl 3 into 70/70/70? But ofcourse you can find buyer for these, I would say around 15-25m price range

Currently making a bunch of these, they go for about 18-20M
