ive gotten a few botting bans reversed, i believe it to be due to the fact i had another person quest/ or at least on it. then i just give them the dates and say it was hacked lol it doesnt always work though for me

 

goodluck. also they have an email not sure what it is sometime you get a more human response if you send it to them.

Dude my account recently got taken, I don't know if it's banned or not but I logged in one day and it disconnected me and when I went to log back in it said "Invalid username or password"  I changed the password with my e-mail and it still said the same thing.  I later found out that my name on rs had been changed to random letters and numbers with a # in it.  It won't even let me log into the runescape website anymore as it would with a banned account so I don't know what to do seeing as they will not reply to my e-mails or messages on any other accounts.
