Why can't anyone make a runescape based site, RSPS or not, non-image based. Beyond trash for updating, terrible for mobile, and all around they just suck. And yes, I have worked on an RSPS site that was an image based site.

I dont really know, everyone just wants image based home pages. 

Would rather have something that resembles the rs07 homepage.

It's because 85% of the rsps websign developers are beginners who dont know much about full on coding and are just starting web dev.
