a highly trusted user could sell this from 100-200m considering you have little to no feed back will decrease the account value by a lot.

You dont have to, I got myself 99 hunter, went to sleep, woke up and it was banned. Tweeted jagexsupport and they confirmed it was false and quashed it within 30 mins.
