PC on ALT

[DevilApes]

Used this alt to slay Gargs and Wyverns when i would skill on my main. It has a dragon defender, fire cape, slayer rings and can make them. It caught the 2day ban when i botted crafted. Other than that all i would do is afk GARGS.

based of prices of people who have high feedback, they sell accounts with those stats anywhere from 40-60m keep in mind that people with little to no feed back will decrease the account value, in my opinion I would say 30-50m

I sold almost the exact same stats, mine was 82/85/82 with 75 slayer. It sold about a week ago for 100M.  Mine also didn't have a ban, so maybe a bit less for having a ban.
