Script menu's no longer loading

Everything was fine and dandy my [past few days, however now when I try to load a script it just sits there, there is no menu, I cannot select script options or start scripts

 

 

EDIT: it's only on my desktop not my laptop.

reinstall java, reinstall osbot, delete osbot folder, clear cache, restart computer, reinstall operating system
