New Forum Section

I think it would be good for a new forum section to be put in where people could post up a thread saying how they want there thread changed to a different title...This would be good since it would make the title changes more effective for people...

I do support, but I feel as if Kati will just say this could be fixed with a simple PM to a mod. But that would be nice for people to post asking for a "Request". Such as a thread title changed, usergroup title change, etc. 

PM a moderator that moderates the section your thread is in, they have the ability to do so.
