Probably not, get pk'd a lot and I imagine the ban rate is super high

I get that question a lot, I'm different than most gay people since I'm a gay conservative trump voter :P

I have a few accounts with 30-40 melee stats. Not green dragon worthy, but its a start and il sell for 1m each. really cheap. Let me know. 

you dont need any quest to wear the dragon shield. just need the quest to get them

you can buy them from ge or trade them over from other accounts
