I have an IM, it was HCIM until I died horrendously. I haven't played 5 minutes since. I'm no longer interested in playing it at all and it is within your budget. It has dragon gloves, a gilded altar, and full void. The bank is pretty big but here is a pic of one tab, as well as the stats. Also there are no mutes/bans etc. it was all done manually.
