A good addition to the "Low-CPU" option which seems to only cap fps, is to not load objects or players (or unload).

RSBuddy did this back when they were around, and it seemed to really help out, especially when someone like myself only

has one computer to use. I look forward to any enhancement to this low-cpu option!

Yeah, we're going to remove the FPS capping and add support to disable things internally in the client.
